Pattern for Growth
Within the story where Jesus says "I must be about My Father's business", we are given a great pattern for our lives to grow in the favor of God (Luke 2:41-52). As Jesus was growing physically, He was concerned with growing spiritually. As we age and grow physically, we should be concerned with growing in wisdom, so that we will grow in favor with God and man. Like the baby desires milk, we as Christians, should desire the Word so that we may grow in faith (1 Peter 2:2-3)!
